Online/phone hypnosis, in many ways, can be more effective than in-person, face-to-face sessions. For instance, you tend to feel safer and more relaxed in familiar surroundings like your home or office. These are ideal conditions for hypnosis success.
You also have the added convenience of not having to brave the weather, drive to an unfamiliar location and find parking etc..
All you need is a phone and a good internet connection. If you're comfortable with internet technology, we use Zoom - Live Video Conferencing. Zoom allows for a face-to-face greeting before the hypnosis begins.
Since most of your session is done with eyes closed, we recommend using the phone instead.
You can experience your hypnosis session using your phone's hands-free speaker function, or if you have a headset, this works well too.
Many clients prefer the simplicity of phone hypnosis as it eliminates the worry around possible technical glitches and the frustration of setup and the possible delays it may cause.
Using the phone also provides another layer of privacy (the ketchup stain on your shirt or your cluttered desk is out of sight! Haha!).
Because a hypnotic trance can lose its effectiveness in the face of interruptions, we've created a checklist of do's and don'ts to help you prepare for your internet or phone hypnosis experience. This detailed checklist will be provided once you sign up for our services. In essence, you need a private and quiet place free of possible interruptions.
